Okeechobee Center and Osceola Center are owned by the BGHA
Each project was developed pursuant to Title V of the Housing Act of 1949. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) / Rural Development (RD) regulates the operation of the projects pursuant to applicable rules and regulations. The purpose of the projects is to provide affordable housing and related facilities for domestic farm labor and low-income families.
Both properties are professionally managed by Nelson & Associates, Inc. doing business in Florida as Diverse Real Estate Services, Inc.
